Job Details: Location: Zepto Stores in Tragad and Chandkheda, Ahmedabad Position: Private Security Guard Salary: ₹16, 000 - ₹18, 000 per month Benefits: Plus PF, ESIC, and bonus as per company policy. Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night) Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of the store, its assets, employees, and customers. Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, damage, or other security breaches. Control access to the store and manage entry/exit points. Operate and monitor surveillance equipment. Respond to alarms and investigate any disturbances or suspicious activities. Report any security incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues. Maintain a high level of vigilance and professionalism at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience as a security guard is preferred but not mandatory. Strong observation and communication skills.
