Important Note :
1. The client is in authority for feedback report/reviewing the service of Staff or Personnel/ private security guard service on day-to-day basis and notifying us of any issues or errors in writing through email or on WhatsApp group during working hours. Nil report will be assumed thereafter, and the services private security guard services availed for the day is being assumed accepted.
2. The term warranty of service-We offer day to day basis warranty on all private security guards assigned to your society/Industry. If any issues or errors are found on a day-to-day basis delivery, we resolve or replace the private security guard as per category of our service attributes at no charges. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause delays in implementation. In such situations, we request that you inform us on prescribed WhatsApp group, so we can work together to find a solution.
SERVICE SUPPORT ANDSERVICE ESCALATION MATRIX
1. As a manpower/ security service provider hereby solemnly undertake to provide the following service support and escalation matrix: -
(a) Service Support: -
(i) Dedicated Helpdesk: We will establish a dedicated helpdesk or support channel to address queries, complaints, and requests related to the manpower/ Security services.
(ii) Response Time: We guarantee a response time of 24hrs for all inquiries and issues raised by government departments or agencies.
(iii) Technical Expertise: Our support team will possess the necessary technical expertise and knowledge to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
(iv) Regular Updates: We will provide regular updates and notifications regarding service status, new features, or important announcements.

2. What are the rights guaranteed under the provision?
- Right to Safety: The right to be protected against the marketing of goods and services, which are hazardous to life and property.
- Right to be informed: The right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods or services, to protect the consumer against unfair trade/service practices.
- Right to Choose: The right to be assured, wherever possible, access to a variety of goods and services at competitive prices.
- Right to be heard: The right to be heard and to be assured that consumer’s interests will receive due consideration at appropriate fora.
- Right to Redressal: The right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices or restrictive trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation of consumers.
- Right to Consumer Education: Means that every consumer has the right to acquire knowledge and skills to become an informed and responsible consumer throughout their life.
3. We further understand that failure to provide adequate service support or adhere to the escalation matrix may result in penalties or termination of the contract.
