A skilled technician responsible for the complete lifecycle of CCTV surveillance systems, from physical installation to final commissioning and handover. This role involves meticulous planning, precise execution, and in-depth technical knowledge to ensure security systems are deployed effectively and function optimally. The mechanic performs cable routing, camera mounting, power supply setup, and network configuration. They are also responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and configuring digital video recorders (DVRs) or network video recorders (NVRs) and integrating the system with existing network infrastructure. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, manufacturer specifications, and project deadlines.
