Key Responsibilities Our Security Supervisors are entrusted with a wide range of duties to ensure comprehensive protection and seamless operations. Team Leadership & Management: They exercise direct command and control over all security personnel deployed at your site, ensuring every guard understands their duties and performs them to the highest standard. Operational Oversight: They are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all security-related activities, from access control and patrolling to incident response and reporting. Protocol & VIP Management: Our supervisors are trained to carry out and oversee protocol activities, including professionally receiving, escorting, and managing the movement of VIPs and other important visitors. Emergency & Agency Liaison: In the event of an incident, the supervisor acts as the primary point of contact, liaising effectively with police, fire departments, and other investigating agencies as required. Training & Support: They provide continuous on-the-job guidance and assistance to security guards, ensuring the team remains sharp, motivated, and cohesive. Core Competencies & Qualifications We ensure that every supervisor we deploy is highly qualified and rigorously vetted. Our supervisors meet and exceed industry standards. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the security field. We give special preference to retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) or equivalent ranks from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary, and Central Police Forces. Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of security protocols, industrial safety, firefighting techniques, and other allied functions. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass. Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language to ensure clear and effective communication with your staff, visitors, and our security team. Fitness: All supervisors must meet the stringent physical and medical fitness standards as prescribed by the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSRA) and its associated rules.
